Many of us are taught to chase a "perfect" or "Just Right" feeling. But for those with trauma or neurodivergence, this chase is a trap. It's a core feature of OCD known as the "Not Just Right Experience" (NJRE)—a constant, nagging sense that things are wrong.

Trauma is a persistent status effect. ACEs, the invalidation of being neurodivergent, or the high mana cost of masking forces your system into a permanent combat stance.

The ACE Study: High scores in the tutorial level (childhood) correlate with critical failures in the endgame (adulthood).
